  1930
- Worked with Howard Hughes and in the lab at MGM.

  1940 -
Formed Stancil Corporation and introduced a 15 channel recorder.  Patented a system for synchronizing tape and film in movie productions.

  1950 - Introduced the 'MINITAPE' and the first 32 channel voice recorder.

  1960 -
20 channel recorders were being delivered on a major Air Force contract

  1970 - Introduced the 56 channel recorder. Supplied recorders to NASA

  1980 - Introduced the first digital voice recorder and was awarded the Air Force Contract.

  1990 - Delivered OS/2 and Windows NT recorders throughout the military, public safety and financial markets.

  New Millennium- Introduced the first recorder on Windows XP running on the .NET framework.
